After working a high volume of hours on her website during a 15 day period (including responding to endless emails which were often confusing), Susana cancelled the contract without advance warning. She only offered to pay 1/2 of the deposit to compensate for my time, which was a small fraction compared to the amount of work I've done. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Sandra is a very good Squarespace developer, she copied the content from our international site and created a new UK version ready for the charity to edit as it saw fit. Very polite and quick to respond to emails.
